Once there was a wise man. He wanted to build a house.
"Where shall I build my house?" said the wise man. "I know. I will build it in a strong place. A rock is very strong. I will build my house on a rock."


The wise man worked hard. He built his house on a rock.

When a big storm came, he was safe inside his house. His house was very strong because he had built it on a rock.

Once there was a foolish man. He wanted to build a house too.
"Where shall I build my house?" said the foolish man. "I know. I will build it in a place where I can have fun. I can have fun on the sand. I will build my house on the sand."


The foolish man worked very hard. He built his house on the sand. When a big storm came, he was not safe at all. His house fell down. His house went out to sea. The foolish man had no house.

Jesus said, "You should be like the wise man. Build your life on a rock. I am that rock."
